RESET
EQUALIZER
MODE
The second mode includes the Preset equalizer
options. To toggle to this mode press and hold the
WOW / EQ button. To select an option within this
mode, press the WOW / EQ button.
Hold Icons Hold icon(s) display when the Hold Switch is
engaged and locks the functions from accidental
buttons pushes.
As illustrated above, when the player hold switch
(on the back of the player) is used, P appears on
the display; when the remote control is used to
hold, R appears on the LCD.
Equalizer
Display
Shows an animated display of the equalizer levels.
You can press and hold the A-B / LCD button, to
change the appearance.
Battery /
Adaptor
Icon
A Battery icon indicates the player is powered by
the internal rechargeable batteries that will last for
up to 10 hours. As the power depletes, the number
of solid bars reduces.
NOR
MAL
Normal is an equal balance of bass and treble.
CLA
SSIC
Suitable for Classical music.
RO
CK
Suitable for Rock music.
JA
ZZ
Suitable for Jazz music.
USER
EQ
User Equalizer option uses customized settings
specified in the My Sound > User EQ menu; for
more information, see User EQ on page 38.
