LIMITED WARRANTY
Your Silhouette is covered by an e.Digital Corpora-
tion Limited Warranty. This product is warranted to
be free from manufacturer defects for 12 months
from the date of purchase. If the product fails or
malfunctions due to a manufacturing defect during
the warranty period, a factory remanufactured unit
of the same make and model or its current equiva-
lent will be provided free of charge. This offer is
valid only in North America and United States Ter-
ritories including APO and FPO addresses.
Warning: Changes or modifications to this product
not expressly approved by e.Digital Corporation
will void the warranty.
NOT COVERED The following are not covered by this Limited War-
ranty:
• Damage from misuse, abuse, or neglect.
• Damage from use outside the product’s usage
parameters.
• Damage from modification or incorporation of
other products.
• Damage from repair or replacement of war-
ranted parts by parties other than an e.Digital
authorized service provider.
• Damage to or loss of any programs or data.
• Damage resulting from an Act of God.
