13.8.4 Leave
To initiate the ZigBee network leave process. The meter shall only send a NWK leave message
(announcement) if it has the active network key. If the meter does not have the active network key
then it shall silently leave the network without sending a NWK leave announcement.

Upon Successful Completion
The message will time out after 10 seconds or if dismissed by pressing the OK button. LCD reverts
to Parent Menu.
