TAB SENSOR Continued:
Mount the TAB Speed Sensor to
the supplied bracket using the two
4mm x 12mm countersunk screws
with NYLOC nut as shown.
Mount the bracket to the REAR
WARD edge of the drivers side
steering knuckle.
The Size 36-40 hose clamp
around the TOP 1/2” (13mm) of
the bracket between the sensor
wire and the mounting bracket.
Loosely tighten the clamp We will
need to adjust this after the mag-
net is installed.
Adjust the TAB Sensor so the
MAGNET passes through the “bot-
tom” edge of the sensor, with 1/4”
(6 to 7mm) space (the width of
cable tie).
SLOWLY rotate the hub and
check for any interference that
could damage the 6mm mag-
net. MUST be at least 1/4”
(6 to 7mm) space between ANY
object.
This assumes the carts bear-
ings are in good working order.
