Fan Normally open vent valves. The vent valve connecon on the turbo pump is
permanently powered so that the vent valve will remain closed. This can also be used
to provide power to an air cooler (for example, ACX75).
O Normally closed vent valves. The vent valve connecon on the turbo pump is
permanently disabled so the vent valve will remain closed.

pump has dropped below 50% during stop but not fail condions.
