dwards policy is to provide support for product aer obsolescence through various opons
including maintenance, repair, enhancement and replacement. Support will be available for
several years aer product obsolescence and in compliance with any applicable legislaon.
Edwards will always undertake appropriate acons to ensure support is maintained and,
where support is no longer possible, will ensure this is communicated to all aected
customers with a suitable noce period.
Edwards products, spares and accessories are available from Edwards companies in Belgium,
Br
azil, China, France, Germany, Israel, Italy, Japan, Korea, Singapore, United Kingdom, U.S.A and
a world-wide network of distributors. The majority of these centres employ Service Engineers
who have undergone comprehensive Edwards training courses.
Order spare parts and accessories from the nearest Edwards company or distributor. When
ordering, state for each part required:
• Model and Item Number of the equipment
• Serial number
• Item Number and descripon of part.

dwards products are supported by a world-wide network of Edwards Service Centres. Each
Service Centre oers a wide range of opons including: equipment decontaminaon; service
exchange; repair; rebuild and tesng to factory specicaons. Equipment which has been
serviced, repaired or rebuilt is returned with a full warranty.
Local Service Centres can also provide Edwards engineers to support on-site maintenance,
service or repair of equipment. For more informaon about service opons, contact the
nearest Service Centre or other Edwards company.
