• To enter data fields, click in the text editor window and then click on a data field button.
Explanations of the data field buttons are given in “Text Editor Data Field Buttons” on page 51.
When you have finished, click on the OK button to enter your text onto the Page Layout Window.

Data Field Button Description
Batch ID: The batch name
File Path: The location of the data file on your computer
Todays Date: Today’s date
Page No. Page number in the report
Model: Viscometer type (RV1/RV2 etc.)
Spindle: Spindle type (R1, L1, etc.)
Company: Information added in header when creating a New Batch
Operator: Information added in header when creating a New Batch
Identifier: Information added in header when creating a New Batch
