Incorrect wash and
rinse temperatures.
Water is entering
washer but
tub does not fill.

1. Connect hot water hose to hot water faucet
and cold water hose to cold water faucet.
1. Standpipe must be a minimum of 24” (61
cm) high to prevent siphoning. See
Installation Section.
1. Turn the cycle selector knob to SPIN
ONLY cycle, press the START button then
the CANCEL button.
2. Activate the controls by turning the cycle
selector knob and turn to SPIN ONLY cycle.
3a.Press and hold CANCEL button and CTRL
LOCK button for 3 seconds. (IQ Touch)
3b.Press and hold CANCEL button and
SOIL LEVEL (Third button from the left) for
3 seconds. (Wave Touch)
Problem Correction
1. Hot and cold water hoses are
connected to wrong supply
faucets.
1. Drain hose standpipe is
incorrect height.
1. Washer has been
programmed to temporarily
perform a repeating demo
cycle.
