  If the image on your Elmo Document Camera isn't moving, it might be due to the following reasons: * The Freeze function may be activated by pressing the button on the Operating panel. If so, cancel the freeze status by pressing the button again. * The Freeze function may be selected by Image Mate 4. In this case, cancel the freeze status to resume the live image feed. * Try reconnecting all the cables.
