The following information is required to set up Secure Remote Support IP Client.

feature, you will need connectivity to an
outgoing SMTP server. You must provide
the IP address for the SMTP server.

the from field) for email notification.
Proxy Server Settings If the monitor station connects to the
Internet through a proxy server, you
must indicate this during the ESRS IP Client
installation and provide the IP address,
port, and protocol (HTTPS or SOCKS) for the
proxy server.
