4.5 Supply voltage
All of the following voltages are terminal voltages directly at the device:

The current consumption is approx. 11 mA. over the entire voltage range.
4.6 Potential equalization
Before wiring, connect the potential matching line to the external ground terminal of the
transmitter. If a water cooling jacket is provided, it must be connected separately to the
potential matching line.

For optimum electromagnetic compatibility, the potential matching line should be as
short as possible and at least 2.5 mm
