Checking the connection of connectors
Make sure that the following connectors are
connected properly.
• HP Detector (CN8)
• CR Motor (CN12)

Timing Belt
Check to see if the driving path of the Timing Belt
is obstructed with foreign matters or the belt is
damaged.
♦Is the Timing Belt free from obstruction or damage?

Operate the Timing Belt by hand and check the
movement.
♦Does the Timing Belt operate smoothly?

Check to see if you can move the Carriage Unit on
the SHAFT,CR,GUIDE from side to side by hand.
