Are there any foreign substances between the ROS ASSY
and DRUM CARTRIDGE?
Remove the
foreign
substances.
Go to step 12.

Diag] of diagnosis.

DISPENSER
ASSY (refer to
RRP5.1), then go
to step 13.

Replace the
printer.

Reseat the PWBA MCU.
