On
When On is selected, you can set Remaining Amount and Remaining
Alert. Setting each item to manage the remaining amount makes it
easier to know when it is time to replace the media.
When this is set to On, once you have loaded the media and selected
the registered media settings number, you will be prompted to enter
the media length (Remaining Amount).
Off
*
Remaining Amount 1.0 to 999.9 m
(50.0 m
*
)
(3.3 to 3280.5 feet
[164.0*])
Set the total length of the loaded media. You can set in 0.1 m
increments. The amount of media remaining is estimated based on the
length you set here and the length of the printout, and is displayed on
the Home screen.
Remaining Alert
1.0 to 15.0 m (5 m
*
)
(3.3 to 49.2 feet
[16.4*])
Set a value at which point a warning message is displayed to inform you
that the remaining amount of media is too low. You can set in 1 m
increments. Depending on settings such as Media Back Feed after
Curing, a media end error may occur when the remaining amount of
media is below approximately 1.6 m.
