Use the wrench for sub ink tanks to open the valves in all of the sub ink tanks.

Close the carriage cover.

Start the UV Flatbed Controller on the computer.
Make sure that the ink pressure meter and the ink temperature controller displays are as
shown below before operating the sub ink tank valve. If you operate the sub ink tank valve
without following this instruction, a malfunction may occur.
• Ink pressure meter
Make sure the display is at the specified value.
• Ink temperature controller
Make sure the display on the left side of the controller is 30°C or higher.
A Color ink, varnish: -3.0 to -3.9
B White ink: -4.0 to -4.9
