2.10 Blood Glucose Test
Function Precautions
The blood glucose testing function is
for in vitro diagnostic use only.
The PDA is only compatible with
MicroTech Exactive EQ blood glucose test
strips.
The blood glucose test function is not
intended for use in the diagnosis or
screening of diabetes mellitus, nor for the
use on newborns.
Test results may be inaccurate if
hematocrit levels fall outside the test
strip hematocrit range of 30-55%.

reducing agents can lead to inaccurate
