3.10 Duty Cycle
The EMS 215ic and EMP 215ic have a maximum welding current output of 220A at 10% duty cycle. A self-
resetting thermostat will protect the power source if the duty cycle is exceeded.
A dierent combination of duty cycle and welding current can be selected. Use the graphs below to determine
the correct duty cycle for a given welding current.
