6.1 Troubleshooting PCM-875A Plasmarc System

Electric Shock Can Kill!
Ensure that all primary power to the
machine has been externally
disconnected.
Open the line disconnect switch or circuit
breaker before inspection, maintenance or
repair inside power console.
Match the problem with the conditions below.
If problem is not listed,
· shut off input power,
· open unit by removing cover
· Visual inspection of all components and wiring
· Check for loose terminal connections
· Burned wiring or other components
· Bulged or leaking capacitors
· Any other signs of damage or discoloration.
