What to do if ETC Source Four LED 3 shows "Multiverse Failure" error?
    • C
      connor33Aug 15, 2025
The "Multiverse Failure" error can occur for several reasons: * The fixture is still connected to wired DMX control, which overrides wireless DMX. * Other wireless systems are interfering with the Multiverse wireless communication. * The fixture or Multiverse antennas are not optimally oriented. * The Multiverse transmitter is not optimally located. To resolve this: * Disconnect the DMX in cable. * Change the radio settings to different channels, minimizing overlap with other Wi-Fi sources. * Adjust the antennas on the fixtures and/or Multiverse products. * Relocate the Multiverse transmitter.

      Michelle JacksonAug 26, 2025
Color discrepancies can occur if the color is out-of-gamut, which will display as an error message. You can check the About Color screen to see if the color is out-of-gamut. A failing temperature sensor can also cause color mismatch. If you suspect the temperature sensor is failing, contact ETC Technical Services.
