3. Cleaning and maintenance
3.1 Cleaning
Daily cleaning of the machine is recommended.
Always use recommended cleaning products. Functional components should be washed with
warm water, a cloth and a mild detergent.
External parts
Door seal
Inner glass of the cooking chamber
Water drip tray and drainage channel
Make sure that the oven is switched off and wait for the oven components to cool down before
starting the cleaning process.
If the oven is used in continuous operation and at temperatures above 260°C, there is
a risk that the door seal will deteriorate rapidly. To extend its life, clean it daily with
mild detergents.
3.2 Maintenance
Instructions for gas equipment: In accordance with the indicated standards, the gas system
components must be serviced at least once a year.
Cleaning of air inlet filters: Make sure that the protective plates at the air inlet to the fans are clean and
unobstructed.
Always disconnect the appliance from the power supply for cleaning, maintenance
and/or replacing parts.
This appliance is for professional use only and must be operated by qualified
personnel.
Any maintenance or repair not carried out by authorised specialists or replacement with
non-original parts may result in damage to the appliance, as well as endangering the
health and safety of the user.
