4. Error types
When an error occurs:
 The buzzer sounds intermittently.
 The edge of the TFT flashes red.
 The code and the description of the error appear on the oven display. If the control button is
pressed, the error message disappears.
 Call the Fagor Technical Service to correct the error. Some functions remain enabled
depending on the error that has occurred.
This appliance is for professional use only and must be operated by qualified personnel.
The following is a list of the errors that may occur in the oven, indicating the message that will be
displayed in each case and the consequences that it will have for the operation of the oven.

E1 TC Sensor
Chamber sensor damaged.
TC is out of range. [-10ºC.400ºC].
The oven is completely disabled.
E2 TN Sensor
Core sensor (TN) damaged.
TN is out of range [-10ºC.400ºC].
The delta function is disabled.
E3 TV Sensor
(Only 0623)
Steam sensor (TV) damaged.
TV is out of range [-10ºC.400ºC].
Can only be operated in Convection mode.
Can only be operated in
Convection mode.
E4 TG Sensor
(Only CP and CPW)
Generator sensor damaged. TG is out of
range [-10ºC.400ºC].
Can only be operated in
Convection mode.
E5 NTC Sensor
NTC sensor damaged. NTC is out of
range [-10ºC.400ºC].
The fan (VE) will switch to full
speed.
E6 Humidity Sensor
Humidity sensor damaged (HR).
HR sensor is out of range.
The oven is completely disabled.
E7 High Temp.
The controller NTC reaches 60ºC, but
does not exceed 70ºC.
The oven operates normally. The
message is displayed for 3''
every 30''.
E8 High Temp.
The controller NTC exceeds 70ºC.
The oven is completely disabled.
E9 Low Water
(Only CP and CPW)
It is detected that VDV has been running
for 7 minutes or more and the maximum
level has not been reached.
Can only be operated in
Convection mode.
E10 Emptying Error
(Only CP and CPW)
It is detected that VAC has been running
for 1 minute or more and has not dropped
below the minimum level.
Can only be operated in
Convection mode.
E11 CV Fault
(Only CP and CPW)
TG<80ºC when CV is active and TG does
not rise 3 degrees or more within 10
minutes.
Can only be operated in
Convection mode.
E12 CC Fault
CC is active and TC does not rise 3 or
more degrees within 25 minutes.
(If TC< (Setpoint -10)).
The oven is completely disabled.
E13 QC1 Blower Fault
(Only gas ovens)
QC1 chamber blower error.
The oven is completely disabled.
