Remove/Replace the Lamination Head Assembly
Upper Assembly (D920022) & Lower Assembly (D920023)
Caution: Turn OFF the Printer and unplug the power cord from the Printer.
Both the Upper and Lower Lamination Assemblies follow the same procedure.
This part is sold as one assembly which
includes :
Platen Roller (D920012-Upper),
Lamination Roller (D920020- Lower),
Film LED (A000454)
Head Lift Sensor (A000126)
Thermocouple RTD/cable (D920151)
Motor (D900484-05) and the wires.
Tools needed: T10 Torx screwdriver
Estimated Repair Time: 35 min
Preparation: Remove the Lamination Module Covers.
Remove the mainboard to access the wire removal procedure.
Important: This procedure can only be performed by
authorized service personnel.
