Tine Replacement

Replace tines if found to be worn or broken.
Remove the locking nut, clamp, and screw (Item
1). Pull the tine pair (Item 2) from the rotor arm
[Figure 40].
Install a new tine pair and reattach hardware.

Install the tine-holder clamp (optional) (Item 1)
for added protection. Position above the bend in
the tine pair. Secure with screws and locking nuts
[Figure 41].
Gearbox
Checking Gear Oil Level

Park the tractor and equipment on a flat level
surface.
IMPORTANT
Allow gear oil to settle into the bottom cavity
of the gearbox for approximately 15-20 min.
before checking level.
Remove check plug (Item 1). Oil level should be at
the bottom edge of the plug [Figure 39].
Check every 50 hours.
Changing Oil
Refill oil through the check plug until oil begins to
overflow. Reinstall plug [Figure 39].
Use ISO VG 320 gear oil.
Cleaning
Fully clean the equipment.
Keep equipment free of any debris. Remove
buildup from tines.
