You can ascertain whether your VTSA valve terminal is
equipped with pressure zones by the mark on the sealing
plates (see chapter 3.3.3).
For converting the VTSA valve terminal to 2 ... 16 pressure
zones, you will require the following components for each
pressure zone:
a sealing plate with channel separation type
VABD−S6−10−...−C
a pneumatic
supply plate with exhaust plate or exhaust
cover type VABF−S6−10−P1A...
Dismantling Proceed as follows:
1. Loosen the electrical and pneumatic connections and
remove the valve terminal from the fastening surface
(seesection 5.2).
2. Place the valve terminal on a fl at working surface.
3. Loosen the manifold block at the point where the sealing
plate with channel separtion is
to be inserted (see section
5.3.4).
Fitting Proceed as follows:
1. Place the seal with channel separation onto the guide pin
of the manifold block.
2. Fit the manifold block (see section 5.3.4).
3. Fit the valve terminals onto the fastening surface (see
chapter 2, section 2.2.1 for the Hat rail fitting" or section
2.2.2 for the Wall fitting").
4. Then complete the pneumatic and electrical connections
(see chapter 3, section 3.3).
