Alert Point has been exceeded. Set the
Timeout Alert Point to a value between
a. 30 seconds and
b. the maximum time before a user
should be notified. The minimum number
depends on the time it takes for a host to
download a configuration to the device.
Shutdown can be enabled if it is desired to
move the valve to the Zero Power
Condition at the same time that the alert
is generated.
