I expressly declare that the partly completed machine fulls all the pertinent provisions of the following EC
directives
2006/42/EC Directive 2006/42/EC of the European Parliament and Council of 17 May 2006 on
machinery, and amending Directive 95/16/EC (new version) (1).
2006/95/EC Directive 2006/95/EC of the European Parliament and Council of 12 December 2006
on the harmonisation of the laws of Member States relating to electrical equipment
designed for use within certain voltage limits.
Reference to the harmonised standards applied in accordance with Article 7, Paragraph 2

national bodies, relevant information on the partly completed machinery. Said transmission shall be effected Paper.
Intellectual property rights remain unaffected by this!
Please note! The partly completed machine must not be put into service until the nal machinery into which it is
to be incorporated has been declared in conformity with the provisions of this Directive.
