has previously been paired with the Quantum
Radar. Enter the MFD’s Wi-Fi Name and Wi-Fi
Passphrase on the Quantum Radar pairing
page and try to connect. The MFD’s Wi-Fi
Name (SSID) and Passphrase is located in the
Wi-Fi menu: (Homescreen > Set-up > System
Set-up > Wireless Connections > Wi-Fi >
Wi-Fi Sharing)
2. If the above method does not work then contact
Technical Support who will be able to assist you
further.
16.3 Switching the unit on and off
Powering on the Radar scanner
From the Radar application, with the Radar powered
off:
1. Select On from the onscreen message box.
The Radar will power up in Standby mode.
2. Once the Radar has powered up, select Tx to
start the Radar transmitting.
Radar returns will now be displayed onscreen.
Putting the Radar into Standby
The Radar can be placed into Standby mode, which
allows the Radar to remain powered up but not
transmitting.
With the Radar transmitting, from the Radar
application menu:
1. Select Radar: to switch between Standby and
transmitting modes.
The Radar can also be put into Standby mode by
selecting Standby from the Shortcuts page.
Powering down the Radar scanner
The Radar can be powered down from the Shortcuts
page.
With the Radar powered up:
1. Press the Power button.
