Legacy archive.fsh support
With the introduction of LightHouse II Release 9,
Raymarine added support for the GPS Exchange
(GPX) le format for archiving and transfer of
Waypoint, Route and Track data. The GPX le
format is a device-independent format universally
used, simplifying data exchange between Raymarine
and other manufacturer’s products. With the
introduction of LightHouse II Release 14, support for
Raymarine’s legacy data archiving format archive.fsh
has been removed.
The process for converting an archive.fsh le to the
new GPX le format is as follows:
1. Using an MFD with LightHouse II Release 8
or lower, export user data to MicroSD card
(archive.fsh format).
2. Update the MFD to LightHouse II Release 13.
3. Import the archive.fsh le from MicroSD card.
4. Export user data to MicroSD card (GPX format).
5. Update the MFD to LightHouse II Release 14
or greater.
6. Import user data (GPX format) from the MicroSD
card.
Alternatively Raymarine’s Voyage Planner software
can also be used to convert archive.fsh le to GPX
format.
