What to do if my Fluidwell F012-P does not detect flow even when there is flow?

If your Fluidwell Measuring Instruments isn't detecting flow despite actual flow, there are several potential causes. It could be due to an incorrect signal selection in the SETUP menu. Ensure the unit or time unit matches the flow settings, and verify the K-factor setting is accurate. Also, check if the calculation window is too large or if the cut-off period is incorrect. A long LCD update period, wrong electrical connections, or a malfunctioning sensor could also be responsible. Check terminals 1-3 (6) for the flowmeter input, and terminals 5-7 for the flowmeter input. You can find the relevant settings at: 5.1: FLOWMETER > SIGNAL; 2.1: FLOW RATE > UNIT; 2.2: FLOW RATE > TIME UNIT; 2.3: FLOW RATE > DECIMALS; 2.4: FLOW RATE > K-FACTOR; 2.5: FLOW RATE > DECIMALS K- FACTOR; 2.6: FLOW RATE ...
