8.2.3 Adding content to an open request
If you already have an open request. For example, you sent us an email and we asked you to send us some
complementary files. Go to "My activity" and click on the corresponding discussion.

By clicking on the attachment box, you will be able to browse and select the file you want to upload. You
can also drag and drop the file directly on the attachment box. Once the upload completed, click on
submit.
