The boiler comes on a pallet together with insulation, controller and accessories.
Some of the components come in cardboard packaging.

4.1.1 Tools required
The following tools are required for assembly:

❒ Flat head and cross-head screwdrivers
❒ Hammer
❒ Diagonal cutting pliers
❒ Half-round file
❒ Power drill or cordless screwdriver with Torx bit insert
