Inspection equipment: Torch test bench with option for “water flow rate and leak test”
NOTE!
This type of test must only be carried out on water-cooled systems.
Carry out the “Water flow rate and leak test” with the hand grip open, as shown.
Check soldering points, screw, or clamp connections, etc. for leaks.
The limit values can be found in the “PP-
SER-2001” test schedule.

Connect the hosepack water connec-
tions to the torch test bench

Fit the short circuit adapter TTB ML W
(1) in the coupling housing

Clip on and close the short circuit
adapter lock TTB (2)

Start the flow test (allow coolant to
flow through) and perform the leak test
(visual)
5
Compare values according to torch
type and test schedule
