Host Interfaces
A host interface is a board that has interface ports to connect a controller to the server.

through Figure 15 show host interfaces. Table 5 shows the status and meanings of each LED.
● Host Interface (for FC Cable Connections) (4port)
The ports on the host interface are used for connecting a controller to a server with an FC cable.
There are two types of 4port host interfaces for FC cable connections: FC 16Gbit/s and FC 8Gbit/s.

The ports on the host interface are used for connecting a controller to a server with a LAN cable.
There is one type of 4port host interface for LAN cable connections: Ethernet 1Gbit/s.
