4.4 Replacing the UFM
The connector for the UFM (USB Flash Module) is located near PCI slot #3 and
might be hidden by an installed modular RAID controller.
Removing the defective UFM
Ê Open the server as described in the section "Opening/closing the server" on
page 23.
Ê If necessary, remove the modular RAID controller (for a description, see the
Options Guide).

Ê Remove the nylon screw of the defective UFM (see circle).
Ê Disconnect and remove the defective UFM.
The UFM spacer remains on the system board.
