V CAUTION!
Ensure that the safety lock has been inserted before the server is
inserted (see figure 5 on page 48).
V CAUTION!
At least two people are needed to position the server in the rack.
Ê Extend the telescopic rails completely to the front (1).
I They must click into place so that they can no longer be moved.
Ê Lower the server from above onto the projecting telescopic rails (2). As you
do this, the locking bar (3) engages.
Ê Push the locking mechanism of both telescopic rails up (4).
Ê Push the server as far as it will go into the rack (5).
Ê Fasten the server to the rack (6) using the two knurled screws (front panel).
Ê Route the cables as described in the technical manual for the rack in
question with the server pushed in.
