What to do if scanning does not start on my Fujitsu Scanner?

First, ensure the USB cable is correctly connected, checking the hub's power if one is in use. If issues persist, disconnect and reconnect the AC cable and AC adapter, waiting at least 5 seconds before reconnecting. If the ScanSnap Manager icon isn't visible, start it manually via [Start] -> [All Programs] -> [ScanSnap Manager] -> [ScanSnap Manager]. As an alternative, you can try performing "Scan for hardware changes" or "Refresh" from Device Manager. If problems continue, disconnect and reconnect the AC cable and AC adapter, waiting at least 5 seconds. If a USB hub is being used, connect the scanner directly to your PC. If your PC has multiple USB ports, try connecting the scanner to a different port. Finally, restart your PC.
