1. NG of “MAIN CPU” and “MODEM CPU”
If MAIN CPU and MODEM CPU are “NG”, clear SRAM by turning off power.
If “NG” still appears, “ALL clear” and then execute Daily Test again.
- NG --> Exchange CONTROL/MODEM board.
- OK --> Setup the system again.
Procedures to clear EEROM
Refer to Furuno Information.
1.DAILY TEST
“Setup” menu
- AUTO ACK : ON
- POSITION : ON
- SCAN FREQ: Set this item at the selected frequencies.
- USER CH : Set the registered frequencies.
“System setup” menu
- MMSI : This must be MMSI No. of the ship.
- WATCH RCVER : Choose MF/HF or MF according to the specification.
- LINE OUT LEVEL : 0dBm
- TX KEY TIMING : AUTO
- RT PORT : MIF
- REMOTE STATION: Choose ON or OFF according to the specification.
- NBDP : Choose ON or OFF. Choose ON if NBDP is installed.
