Startup and Configuration
The following table lists symptoms, causes and corrective actions for problems that could occur
while the LBIM is being powered up or during configuration.

When you attempt to download

Module continuously transmits
network traffic.
Max_Send_Time set too low. Change Max_Send_Time to a
larger value for all but critical
variables.
Data does not transfer to CPU
and/or PLC I/O Fault tables show
LOSS/ADD Faults.
Configuration mismatch Change backplane
configuration to match that of
the module exactly. Be sure to
account for reserved space and
valid bits.
