1 If your process requires a gradient setup, insert the tubing of the gradient

nlet manifold into the inlet valves, then close the valves.
Tip:
P
osition the tubing as close to the system frame as possible, then open the
valve safety cover and let the inlet tubing rest on the covers before starting
to inserting the tubing.
2 Insert the tubing of the isocratic inlet manifold into the inlet valves, then
c
lose the valves.
Tip:
Push the isocratic inlet manifold back towards the system and open all safe-
ty covers before starting to insert the tubing.
