lIfthereisnopatientidenticationinformationonthereport,itservesastheonlyunique
identierforthatreport.
lIfmultipleECGsareacquiredforapatient,thedate/timeisusedtosortthesetofserialECGsso
aphysiciancanmakesenseoftheECGchangesnecessaryforidentifyingspecicconditions.[1]
