BEFORE ASSEMBLING, MAKE SURE THAT THE SWITCH IS IN THE “OFF” POSITION AND THAT THE POWER CORD IS UN-
PLUGGED. DO NOT PLUG IN OR TURN ON THE SAW UNTIL YOU HAVE COMPLETED THE ASSEMBLY AND INSTALLATION
STEPS DESCRIBED IN THIS SECTION OF THE MANUAL.
INSTALLING THE SLIDING TABLE (CONTINUED)
5. Place the two spacers A between the sliding table
and the main table and then position the sliding ta-
ble so that each end is against the spacers.
Note: The gap in between the tables is the space required
when the saw is used with a standard blade.
6. Using a 2.5 mm Allen key, remove the 6 cap screws
on the front plate.
8. Use this opening to install the bolts, lock washers
and flat washers in the order shown B.
Note: Hand tighten the bolts for now.
7. Remove the front plate.
Note: To use the saw with a dado blade, place the spacers
as shown to obtain a larger gap between the sliding table
and the main table.
