1. With the blade set at 90°, verify that the bevel angle
pointer indicates "O" on the graduated scale. If not,
go to the next step.
2. Loosen without removing the pointer using a 10 mm
wrench, then re-adjust the pointer so that it indicates
"0". Retighten the bolt while holding the pointer in
position.

ING ANY MAINTENANCE OR ADJUSTMENTS.
ADJUSTING THE BEVEL ANGLE POINTER
The bevel pointer should read “0” when the blade is at 90° to the table. If not, proceed as follows:
1. Lower the blade all the way, then open the motor
door. Loosen without removing the bolts C and D
using a 17 mm wrench.
2. Lift the scoring motor on its pivot as shown, then re-
move the belt from the pulleys. To install a new belt,
place the belt on the scoring blade pulley, then lift
the scoring motor to install the belt on the drive pul-
ley. the weight of the motor will tension the belt. Re-
tighten the bolts.

1. Lower the blade all the way, then open the motor
door. Loosen without removing bolts A and B using
a 17 mm wrench.
2. Lift the motor on its pivot as shown, then remove the
belt from the pulleys. To install a new belt, place the
belt on the blade pulley, then lift the motor to install
the belt on the drive pulley. The weight of the the
motor will tension the belt. Retighten the bolts.
