BEFORE ASSEMBLING, MAKE SURE THAT THE SWITCH IS IN THE “OFF” POSITION AND THAT THE POWER CORD IS UN-
PLUGGED. DO NOT PLUG IN OR TURN ON THE SAW UNTIL YOU HAVE COMPLETED THE ASSEMBLY AND INSTALLATION
STEPS DESCRIBED IN THIS SECTION OF THE MANUAL.
INSTALLING THE RIP FENCE (CONTINUED)
21. Peel the backing from the graduated scale, line up
the rail and pointer zero marks, then stick the grad-
uated scale in the rail groove.
22. Re-install the fence body, then re-install the rail stop
using a 5 mm Allen key.
INSTALLING AND CONNECTING THE DUST TUBE
3. Secure the bracket to the cabinet using a 8 mm Al-
len key.
4. From inside the cabinet at the back of the machine,
hold the second mounting plate against the cabinet
while tightening the bracket with a 6 mm Allen key.
1. Pull back on the sliding table lock lever and slide
the table to the left to access inside the cabinet.
2. While holding the mounting plate from inside the
cabinet, hand tighten the dust tube support bracket.
