Inspect the piston for wear or damage.
Insert each piston ring into the cylinder and measure
the ring end gap.
NOTE: Push the rings into the cylinder with the
top of the piston to be sure they are
squarely set in the cylinder.
SERVICE LIMITS: TOP 0.5 mm
SECOND 0.5 mm
Measure the piston pin O.D.
SERVICE LIMIT: 14.960 mm
Measure the piston pin bore.
SERVICE LIMIT: 15.04 mm
