• Draintheboilerheatingcircuitasdescribedinthe
appropriatechapter"Draining".
• Disconnecttheelectricalplug(26)fromthemainboard.
• Disconnecttheelectricalplug(25)fromthepumphead.
• Removethefourcapheadscrews(27).
• Carefullyremovethepumphead(28)togetherwithcable.
Donotstraincable.
• Reconnectwiringtonewpumpheadandtcover.
• Fitthenewpumpheadbyrepeatingtheoperationsin
reverse.
 
• Draintheboilerheatingcircuitasdescribedinthe
appropriatechapter"Draining".
• Undothesafetydischargevalveunionandremovefromthe
pipework(7).
• Removethesecuringclip(6)andwithdrawthesafety
dischargevalve(8).
• Fitnew‘O’ring.Rell,ventandpressurisetheboiler.
 
• Draintheboilerheatingcircuitasdescribedinthe
appropriatechapter"Draining".
• Removetheretainingclip(29).
• Removetheautomaticairvent(20).
• Fitthenewautomaticairventand‘O’ringensuringthevent
capisleftloose.
• Rell,ventandpressurisetheboiler.
 
• Draintheboilerheatingcircuitasdescribedinthe
appropriatechapter"Draining".
• Disconnecttheelectricallead(15).
• Removetheretainingclip(17),removethelowwater
pressuresensor(16).
• Fitthenewlowwaterpressuresensor.
• Rellventandpressurisetheboiler.
 
• Draintheboilerheatingcircuitasdescribedinthe
appropriatechapter"Draining".
• Removetheretainingclip(23)toremovethebypassscrew(24).
• Afterreplacingthebypass,rell,ventandpressurisethe
boiler.
