TP Calibration Note
Introduction

Purpose: To complete display touch calibration during the first boot up, otherwise the touch function
will be defective
●
Requirements
○
No equipment needed. This is a self-calibration process. Follow the below booting up process after
repair
Caution!
The following MUST be complete before booting up the device:
●
Nothing can be touching the display (this includes protective films, cases, fingers, tape, labels, scratch cover,
adhesives, debris, etc.)
●
Device must be on a flat surface, and can NOT be held in your hand
Once the above conditions are met, the device can be powered on, by pressing the power button. -- Do NOT touch
the device until it is fully booted into the customer OS.
After the customer OS is booted, you may resume the Triage, OQC, or OBA process.
