Remark:
A programming and read-out unit (UniGINA) is used to program and read-
out the control unit. The UniGINA can also be used to consult a list of faults
that have occurred and were stored in the memory of the control unit. If the
system features a indicator lamp in the cabin the stored fault codes can also
be viewed with the aid of this indicator lamp and the test push button on
the pump unit.
6. Distribution block,
grease line or grease
point blocked and pump
pressure is raised to the
maximum.
Solution: Carefully
remove the pressurized
main line from the
pump and mount a T-
coupling with a mano-
meter 0-400 bar. Per-
form one or more test
cycles to raise the pres-
sure again. When the
maximum pressure is
reached, start removing
the output grease lines
from the distribution
block one by one until
you find the one that
causes the blockage
(pressure will sink when
the blocked line is disas-
sembled). Follow this
blocked line to the
grease point and check
it on damage and repair
and or resolve the block-
age. When this line leads
to a secondary distribu-
tion block connect the
disassembled line(s) to
the main block again
and repeat the proce-
dure for the lines con-
nected to the secondary
block. If the pressure
does not sink while all
the output lines are dis-
connected, the block-
age resides in the block
itself. Disassemble the
block and clean it inter-
nally or mount a new.
