Connecting the power cord for a built-in AC power module
1. Wear an ESD wrist strap. Make sure the strap makes good skin contact and is reliably
grounded.
2. Attach the two ends of the power cord retainer clip into the two holders at the two sides of the
power receptacle, and pull the power cord retainer clip upwards. See Figure 29.
3. Con
nect the female connector of the AC power cord supplied with the power module to the
power receptacle. See callout 1 in Figure 30.
4. Pull the powe
r cord retainer clip downwards to secure the connector to the power receptacle.
See callout 2 in Figure 30.
5. Con
nect the other end of the power cord to an AC power source.
