The sentinel Energy trip unit
2.1 General description
The sentinel Energy trip unit is compatible with the following types of cable-based and
wireless communication.
In local communication:
Bluetooth Low Energy connection to a smartphone running the Hager Power touch
application.
Through a network cable connection:
Ethernet communication network with the Modbus-TCP protocol.
Serial link communication network with the Modbus-RTU protocol.
The following diagram shows how the sentinel Energy trip unit communicates with external
media.
