Maintenance and Service
The controller is considered to be maintenance free.
In order to ensure the legibility of the screen at all times, this must not be touched with dirty
fingers or other items, and the plastic surface must not be scratched.
The screen can be carefully cleaned from time to time if necessary with a cotton cloth moistened
with a mild solvent (e.g. rubbing alcohol or window cleaner). For this the device must be
switched off and disconnected from the power supply. Under no circumstances must any
cleaning fluid be allowed to come into contact with the area around the power switch. It must be
ensured that all residues of the cleaning agents have completely evaporated before the device is
switched back on.

No product is dosed. Check whether the dosing nozzle is clogged up.
Make sure that the pump has an adequate supply of product and is filled.
Check whether the motor coupling is turning.
The rotor spray does not turn. Check whether the shaft of the rotor spray is blocked.
Check whether the rotor spray is selected in the menu for the extended
settings.
Rotor spray turns all the time.
Only use the connection cable supplied or one without LED wiring.
The tank symbol and pressure display
do not appear.
Check the XS2 cable.
The filling level monitoring and pressure display only work in conjunction
with LOCTITE product supply devices.
